We Live Carefree With Two Bond Slaves Poem by Neela Nath Das

We Live Carefree With Two Bond Slaves

Rating: 3.5

We live carefree,
With two bond slaves,
Only Life and Death.

You know someday,
We must meet Him.
I have that Faith.

If in this life;
We stay selfish,
Are we human?

Motherland cries,
'Save me my Son, '
The Call clarion...

What for this life?
Cocooned at Home,
With tongue in cheek?

No, no my Friend,
Embrace Life, Death;
Don't get so meek!

Be bold in this life and then if an afterlife it will be taken care of by faith. A nice write and good structure.

Good job. Nice Flow, a little more rhyming would be nice in this poem...
