We Walked Into The Wind Poem by Not Long Left

We Walked Into The Wind

We walked into the wind
and battled against the
breath of the sky
As dust disperses when
touched by an invisible
force, we rid ourselves
from last weeks mistakes.
Hand in hand we smiled
in the silence of our retreat.
stealing a cloud we pocketed
its gift of freedom,
to prepare for the world
which waits our return.

My, this is such a lovely write Vincent. It was a pleasure to read, I loved the flow of it, and the emotion captured therein. Bless you. Love Ernestine XXX
