We Were Built For Praising

We were built for praising
And glorifying the Lord
But that ain't about to happen
Until we believe God's Word
Where in that treasure chest of faith
We find out that we are sinners
And it's only by true repentance
That we can really become a winner

I love the power that's in the blood
For it has daily cleansing effect
When I confess known sin to God
He keeps me in circumspect
What a loving heavenly Father
To give us such grace in the Son
So that whomsoever shall call upon His name
Can know His so great Salvation

Don't leave off of knowing Him
Who left Heaven to pave your way
Remember...the way of the Cross leads home
Put your trust in Him today
He shed His blood that you might live
That definitely deserves a Hallelujah
Does Jesus care? ! ! ! ...O yes He does! ! !
And still He is pursuing you

What will it take for your turnaround
Financial ruin or a hospital bed
Any number of things can come your way
Why not trust Him in good health instead
Prayer is the operative method
Dear Lord be merciful to me
Here I am in need of the Saviour
Lord Jesus come live in me! ! !

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
