We Will Servive Poem by Rachel Fogle

We Will Servive

Hand to hand we now unite,
In the American dream we will recapture the light.
It may burn low, but it's still there and each day we rebuild it grows brighter there.

Brother to brother soul to soul,
No matter the out come,
The healing is what grows.
The anger will be there never will it rest,
Defending our country is our last quest.

Heart to heart we share in pain,
It's like a nightmare one wishes to erase.
Together will rise and in this will Survive,
Cause we are the Americans and we stand alive.

Death and destruction I pray for all,
Who have lost a loved one but hope is not gone.
Recapture the light if you can,
And open one's heart,
For I give you a piece of my eternal heart.

With tears of sorrow and a smile to ease your pain,
I say I love you all and keep you with me! ! !
