Weren'T Meant To Be Poem by Gideon Ide

Weren'T Meant To Be

I see the rain drip
Drip down you're face
I see the sun fade
Taking all our grace.
Don't lose your way, baby
Just make it home
Just make it home
Home to me.

Carry out your sick attitude
Travel across the sea
Across the sea.
Weep until you realize
You and I weren't meant to be.
Can't hold on forever
Not sure if you'll be free
If you'll be free.
Weep until you realize
You and I weren't meant to be.

Push the anger to the side
Believe in what I say
No matter what happens
Don't come crying
Don't come crying
Crying back to me.

Carry out your sick attitude
Travel across the sea
Across the sea.
Weep until you realize
You and I weren't meant to be.
Can't hold on forever
Not sure if you'll be free
If you'll be free.
Weep until you realize
You and I weren't meant to be.
