What Are You? Poem by Monica Ortiz

What Are You?

Rating: 5.0

Hello
Oh my sweet love
My sweet agony
I don’t know where to find you
But sure I would define you
You are a propinquity to my deepest fears
Yes I fear love and all that it takes
But I saw you yesterday it was an epiphany
How can you be so summery?
With depth in your eyes and love in your arms
You are eternal, as my mind likes to cry
But its 3am, and I won’t survive
Your eyebrows make me question life
When you stop being the sun, I'll stop being the moon
So I’ll stop being far away from you.
