What To Add Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

What To Add

What to add

Go inactive at least once a month
To escape sudden dragnet of death
Lull its advancement
And close the eyes for the moment

Keep all organs at rest
And try to test
Isolation in abeyance
Try once more for chance

Let mind be calm
With no intention to harm
All cells are kept as non active
To be ready when revived

Even keep stomach empty
Food intake reduced already
Sleep less with mind slowly going to corner
All desires turn not sharper

Now all energy stored at one central point
The action becomes joint
With one headquarter responding
What to delete and what to add
