What War Is Poem by Randolph Valeza

What War Is

Rating: 5.0

War eats life and peace cries blood
There are no sides that are good or bad
Good and evil faces side by side
But never show what its truly like
Hidden desires by the reason for better or worse
Dark smiling faces in those hellfire smoke
Random bullet shot by whom
Innocents are facing their doom
Bombs drop where people gather
Like one slice of the schyte of the grim reaper
Deaths come next and their souls might wonder
What did we do wrong for our life to disappear
Can't breathe, please help me, I don't want to die
I'm burning, it's hot; someone's cry
To be killed by a bullet or to suicide
Be in pain while waiting to die
Survived but becomes blind
Amputated arms and legs, be traumatized
Became a nightmare in everyday life
Who won or lost didnt matter
What's fact is that nobody's a winner
Everyone loses, everyone's a loser.
