'Churchill' knew just what to do
In the nineteen forties, World War Two.
With skill and courage he never gave in
The joy of Victory to win.
When the historic conflict was through
We lived to see more skies of blue
Souls rejoiced and hearts awakened
To peace and contentment anew.
No more toil, sweat and tears,
As homeward came each mother's son.
And Winston Churchill stood so tall
When the Fight was over and the Battle won.
