When The Music Died Poem by Dan Caliolio

When The Music Died

Rating: 4.0

Our souls connect, as our bond solidifies.
Our touch refines, our hearts purifies.
Set with the time, our dream to sublime.
Baby hold me close, close my hands, and let my heart severely heal.
as i convulse in the pavement, set it off.take off realities, and i'll sleep through the night.
i woke up with you by my side.you are the circle, i am the square.
stir up today, like we wont care.

the whisper of genetic flaws, separating them from us got in a little late today, only for 15 minutes.
it's getting hard to get a little breathing room, we need a new place, all i wanted was to hold you.

i saw a little puppy today, it was breahting badly...it lay down on the ground and whispered 'i'm hated'
regroup and i noticed i am too.but i don't care.as long as i have you.

Dan, don't let the music die! I can feel it from your poem that your soul got melody.
