Where Are They?
If they have had eleven billion years
To connect their minds throughout the galaxy
Where are they?
If they had billions of planets
Upon which they could have first come to life
Where are they?
If they are here now
Where are they?
If they were kind and considerate
And could make us feel less alone
Where are they?
Where are they,
And where are we without them?
