Where Are You

Where are you?
The one who I can trust completely.
Who I can go to when I'm feeling blue

Where are you?
The one with whom I can share my deepest secrets
without fear of being rejected or judged.

Where are you?
The one who will always there for me.
Through thick and thin.
Even when the times get rough.

Where are you?
The one who will say he loves me
and truly mean it.

Where are you?
The one who can always make me laugh
and raise my spirits when I am down.

Where is my soul mate?
The love of my life?
Who will love me unconditionally
and accept me flaws and all.

Where are you?
The one who will love me for me.
My one true love.

The old year went, and the new returned, in the withering weeks of drought,
The cheque was spent that the shearer earned,
and the sheds were all cut out;
