I get a message from Google
Your poem is here, it says
I search the web site carefully
As I get an anxious buzz
But, as my search comes to an end
Nothing I wrote is there
Oh, where is my poem, I ask
For it’s always fun to share
My chocolate poems I find
In advertisements scattered about
And when I find my ‘babies’
I always give a happy shout
My autumn poems I find as well
Tucked in websites ‘cross the country
I smile because each piece of work
Is very important to me
My sunset poems amaze me too
Paired with pictures I often find
Treasures that are part of me
Now will never be left behind
I hope you too, my poet friend
Find your work in a special site
For they may just live on forever
It makes our passion feel so right!

Google's just an online index, It doesn't have your website in it; To find your poems in this cyberspace complex, The website address is the only permit. If you post a poem on the net, Remembering the address is much smarter; Next time when you want to see it, Just key in that address into the browser. This is the way to keep in track, The assets which we dump online; If at all this causes a setback, Google is the only lifeline.
