Where It All Begins

Twilight is here
It is time
Velvety blankets, soft pillows
Where it all begins
My dreams dance through me
Peace surrounds me
Love for everyone
These thoughts consume me
Like a tidal wave at shore
Striking the land it touches
The sky breaks dawn
Its time to depart
Au revoir I say
Until the Day is
A new moon
I’m rejuvenated and
Ready for a new start
Pondering on my dreams, perfect
Velvety blankets, soft pillows
Where it all begins
