Whistle Poem by Ryan Sanders

Whistle

On the right path
Was caught up in the past
Now I have accepted
Instead of rejected

Drawn to history
Full of human mystery
Full of human misery
Follow the whistling

The Change is upon us
All it needs is a thrust
Hop on we are the bus
We will get through this with trust

Just need to inspire
With that we will never tire
And avoid the present circumstances that are dire
We must avoid the fire

Caught up in the system
Whose right and who’s wrong
It was to be a given
Human suffering and misery is long

This needs to be done
Humanity can succeed as one
It will be long and hard but fun
In the end the future will be won

We will be saved
The future, has with goodness, begun to be paved
With the tenderness of a Milk thistle
Follow the sound of the Whistle
