True self covered with a veil,
such artificial behaviour on display,
brimming with arrogance and his eyebrows
frowned even if they have no reason to be so.
Facial muscles flexed
as if he is perplexed,
not heeding to what others say,
because he thinks it pays to be like him.
Greetings greeted with a fierce look,
requests shrugged off before asked,
he was a less amiable person not known to the art of appeasing.
His eyes glared at others as if love had been a subject of the past, leaving behind a man masked with very little virtue.
I don't know why he was so, a tough childhood, love failure, may have inflicted such insolent behaviour non-pleasant to the common eye.
Well, he was one of a kind but if I were to see my friend again, I'll most definitely ask this question, 'Who do you think you are? ! ! '
The rendering is powerful and the diction is obviously superb.Improvement if any, has to be made in remoulding the prose into poetry here and there to streamline the format.
very fine, well done, I like it. Please read my poems and comment.

Beautiful way you have described the attitude of a person, at the same time what you feel for the person, is also presented well in this poem. Loved reading it.
