Why I Make Rules Poem by Joshua Wyatt

I made the rules.
With them restricted myself.
But why do i do this?
Why do i make rules to contain myself?

A question that i answered long ago
I would you like to hear it.

I make these rules.
Rules about friendships and relationships.
Strangers and people in general
I make rules to protect myself.

But the real reason behind it.
Why i really do it.
Is to find the special ones.
To find the ones that i would break all the rules for.
