Why lawlessness

Why lawlessness all over the country?
why people lose faith in the judiciary?
the pendulum swings both the ways
but the people are alienated all the way

the executive and judiciary are to be blamed
even though sacred cows are claimed on both the sides
the actual posts are not filled by the government
and cases are delayed at present

the judiciary is lenient
the bail is granted immediately and instantly
the criminals have no fear now and take the free hand
the people suffer at the end

the government and judiciary must function with cohesion
and improve upon the relation
the unfilled posts must be filled immediately
so the backlog is cleared quickly

the appellant should not suffer
the judiciary must always offer
reasonable verdicts
without inflicting mental injuries
