Why pretend?
Eiether you are happy
Or you are not
Do you still believe in us?
I ask
For lately it seems each time
I mention our prior conversations
your statement is
you've forgot
You no longer express your feelings
So, why not?
Rehearse our past
To remember our start
Therefore. You and I can equally decide
Whether we are to stay together
Or completely part
Why pretend?
