Why So Understanding Lord?



The gifts you have given me I just waste away
You show me your light and I just look away
You protect me from falling although I stand at the edge
You scream “I am over here! Come and I will give you knowledge.”
But I just sit and look and I do not know why
I sit in my pain instead of at your side.
I am a waste
