Wish Well For All
My desires
I wish to shed
Yet I crave for
World to be good.
More I think
The more I feel
Being selfish
Is part of life.
Be good to yourself
And be good to others
There is no happiness
If others are not.
Fit the oxygen mask
On your nose before
Tending to others
Flight attendant says.
Let selfishness not
Drag one to extremes
Just wish unto others
What you wish for self.

Yes there is no happiness if others around us are unhappy. We a healthy balance between fulfilling our desires and giving room for others to fulfill theirs. Thank you for keeping the torch of hope and love alive through your wonderful poems.
