'Woe is me, Alas, Alack, '
There is no turning or going back,
For in the Present,
In the Here and Now,
I am, - and always shall be.
The Past I cannot alter or change,
Nor into the Future can I go,
Until I have lived in the Present day,
For what is in the Future is not known to me,
But in Time t'will be the Present for me,
And what is Now, t'will into the Past go,
To become my History whence I can't go.
I must learn to live to the full each day,
Lest one precious moment slip away,
And regrets for time wasted be spoken by me,
'Alas, Alack, Woe is Me.'
