Woman's Love Ever Fresh Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Woman's Love Ever Fresh

You may remember or may have forgot
What all you said in the trip that we took
You may remember or may have forgot
What all I did to you swayed by sheer love.
Love broken, woman falls not in discomfort
Having forgot all about her past love
Love broken, man falls in a pensive mood,
Growing beard and penning about love lost.
Woman takes no note of her man's past love,
Nor does her past love interfere with her now.
A vine will climb up a new stake as good
It did on the stake it had fallen on.
