Women`s Day
Woman, you are God's daughter, His grace
You are a beautifier of life, a truth for eternity
You are a cycle of wonder, of roles that make life
From birth till your last breath, you are a redeemer
Woman, you are a goddess of patience and sacrifice
And a portrait of immense love and affection
Your life is meant for service to others
Expecting nothing in return of it.
Woman, you are a marvel of strength and courage
To face all odds and nightmares with a smile
You outbid man in energy, in spirit and grace
You are the kindred soul of duty and unity
In all spheres of life, you keep the head high
In education, sports, politics and also in service
You march gracefully for human progress with man
You will march ahead with a victory flag.
Dear woman, do not bow down anymore
Do not shed tears in silence anymore
Wake up and fight against the evil looming on life
'Live and spread your grace, your divinity'
May we all pledge this on Women's Day.
