Words Do Hurt Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Words Do Hurt

Words hurt more
Make you feel sore
Take feelings deeper
You feel helpless and poor

That shall involve your ancestors
The name of father and mother
Some abusive language too will be used
Your good name shall be also refused

So learn to live
And strive
Hard not to cause
Any of the misuse

Even one eyed man feels bad
If he is addressed as blind
Any man needs proper address
Else that shall cause enough of stress

Children are hurt most
That is at the personal cost
Their mind accepts ho harassment
It should be avoided by parents
