World Cancer
(Virius epidemic 2020)
Like cancer
Destroying the body
Coronavirus closes down
Heart and lungs of the world.
Science struggles seeking a cure
Countries close boarders
People self-isolate at home
Shopping for food wearing face masks.
Panic and chaos ensues
As the unseen enemy take more lives
People losing jobs and hope
Businesses lost, people starving.
The world bleak and forbidding
Never to be the same again
Light of humanity dimmed
Allowing despair and darkness to reign.
