World Hypertension Day,2013

The salt that gives the taste to food –
Palatability,
Is better cut for long life-span,
Reduced morbidity!

The stress that causes life’s distress
Is better avoided;
So, change your temperament in life,
Reaction to all stress!

Hypertension can kill a man,
Much earlier than he dies;
Calmness of mind and exercise
Are good health’s wiser price!

“Reduce food-salt,
Halt Hypertension.”
