Worshiped Even Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Worshiped Even

I was notorious and funny
All had been very scary
I used to pull their legs
Hidden some of the books from the bag

Daily complaints about my misbehavior
It was badly by mother
She will make piece of advice
I will daily bow down and promise

I go quietly to river bed
And look at river water to read
How quietly it is flowing in one direction?
I think of streaming my actions too

Yes river water is calm and quiet
How nicely it serves and let people
Enjoy at bank and live peacefully
I feel good and wish to transform fully

In many parts of world
Rivers are considered sacred
They are worshiped even
I have decided to make life now heaven
