Yellow Grains Poem by Nyein Way(Maung Maung Thein)

Yellow Grains

purple plains
systematically squared paddy fields
the yellow ginko trees
an orange boy standing and waiting for the moon to appear both in the starry sky and in the lotus lake beside him.
six p.m. in the evening.
a spring.
future of doors made of thin and sharp doors.
