The bright youth of the earth could be seen
As we walked through its home.
The clear lake by the trees was so blue as we drank its beauty.
Yesterday the Ocean was Blue.

The brown sand under us was so soft as we stood
On its grains.
The fresh grass with its dew was so sweet as we drank
Nature's breath.

Yesterday the Ocean was Blue.
The soft song of the larkcould be heard as we stood
And listened.
