You asked me once
what I saw in you
and I tried my best to tell you
but everything I said
put a glint in your eye
and I knew you were disappointed
Do you really want to kno
Do I reall have to tell
that I see the whole you
are you afraid of losin me
are you scared that I'll hate you
for being the real you around me
well I dont care what you are
and nothin will change my mind
You asked me once what I saw in you
what i see, I will tell you
I see a gentle face guardin itself
a heart trying to mend from pain
but bleedin in the end
and althought your hurting
your strong and movin on
your confused and far away
what can i do to bring you back
what can i say to prove to you
that i wont hate you for who your are
that i wont love you any less
for what i see, is what i want
your protective and kind at times
your adventures take you places
sometimes you rather not be
althought your dangerous and silent
im not afraid of you
the beast inside you is craving more
and is wantin more in life
why do uoi hide in the shadows of the night
and drink away your pain as fire is burnin away
drums are beating and voices are singing
as im tryin to pell this mask of your face
please understand this what i see in you
and im not gonna go away
i wll not break and fall into the darkness pit of thorns
i will not bend to the eyes of the world
it just makes me want to be there for you more
as the ice melts nad the star shine
when the wolf howls in the twilight
all i see is your face searching
for something more in the darkness of the night
what is that you seek
what is that your lookin for
lookin in you eyes
questions are being formed
as you look into my eyes
can you see this was meant to be
i know you are hurtin
and im willing to help
i kno you dont see the world
as i see it but let me be there for you
i may be young and inexperience
but ive been through a lot that most should never go through
and im not willing to lose you
its not your time to go
and leave this world behind
I know your struggling with things in your life
but im here and will always be here
and wht i see doesnt scare me
and i wont be the one runnin away from you
