You Are Depressed, Depressed Poem by Hebert Logerie

This is strange that you're depressed
But me, my friend, I am not
When I don't feel good, I write
I am lucky, I don't get depressed, and I am blessed
A man or a woman who writes is a thinker
A thinker is a leader and a poet is a dreamer
And a reader will eventually become a writer
I noticed that you ain't alright
Please stop drinking, get a book
Read the Bible or try to write
That's a way to get off the hook
Don't stop fighting. Keep on trying
Life is a formidable struggle
Wake up!Get up! Never give up! Try to scribble
Doodle anything. Try drawing something
That's the expression of your emotions
Calm down.Be patient and learn your lessons
Be assertive. Relax like today is the first day of spring
Be positive. Watch the birds. Take a long stroll in the park
When you come back, write about anything
I don't get depressed. Even when it's dark
I write. I fantasize being happy in a superb resort
I'm blessed, I'm lucky and I dream. I'll be at the seaport
Meet me there, this afternoon, so we can witness
The departure of the sailboats. You'll feel really blessed
Afterwards.Beauty is everywhere. Feeling less
Happy is unacceptable. You'll never be depressed
In the future. Now, you definitely know what to do
Take a deep breath. And remember that God loves you.
