(YOU ARE MY STRENGTH)

You risk your life every day, your battles are like salvation.
You fight for freedom, and protect our nation, so much determination.
You promise for a safe return, I pray to God that this is true.
You are my Strength, my courage, and I admire everything you do.

Words cannot express my gratitude, your brothers die from fire.
You take everything that comes your way, for this I so admire.
Salvaging every piece you get, never ceasing during the battle.
If someone shall knock you down, you get up and harness the saddle.

Your a soldier with thick blood, you would die to save a life.
Protecting those that cant survive, from anguish and when theres strife.
God will always have your back, he will carry you when your weak.
He will guide you through all of this, for he is there to seek.

I`m blessed to have you in my life, a heart thats made of gold.
Please God protect my husband, so we can be together till were old.
Your a man that knows his mission, and you will go the length.
I love you so much soldier, forever you are my strength.
