You Can Begin To Think That Over Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

You Can Begin To Think That Over

I don't know where you are going in such a hurry.
I've got the keys.
You can not get there without me.

Unless you now have decided you want to drive?
And as of yet,
You have not proven to accept a lesson to learn,
For your benefit.

Are you rushing to collect more conflicts?
Or you just want to sit and witness,
To say you had been part of an accepting crowd.

And I am not in that kind of a need.
Nor will I enable those of yours.
Not on my time.

So...
You can begin to think that over.
Or you can choose to remain thoughtless.
