Sweet, soft gentle kisses, love, faith, hope intertwined
You and me, somehow tangled in this web-me wanting you to be mine
Convinced, nieve, believing anything you said-it sounded so sweet, I'm so confused
Confused about us, confused about you, so dumb I believed your lies were truths,

I sit, I stand, hating, myself for falling for you-so hard I fell
Now I'm still reminscing over you- the reason why, I can't tell!

You and me, me and you the thought was such ideal perfection
But your feelings don't match mines, what is this? A misconception?
Abandoned, alone shaking cold, dreaming of being in your arms
I made a huge mistake, falling for your blinding charm.

Headaches, heartaches, aches in places that should never ache
I should have never gotten my heart involved, now my feelings are at stake.
Let down, screaming words of disappointment
Although I said I never would, I live my life with resentment.
I cared, I care, and I always will
Because for some odd reason my heart won't let you go even still...
