Your Kingdom Poem by Soumita Sarkar

Your Kingdom

You are growing in me
Blinding me to the world
Spreading your memories
Blending me in colour
Widening my liking
Eating my agony
Killing my denial
Every moment
To establish your
Golden kingdom
Inside my only heart
I allowed you
To enter my dreams
Why I stopped not?
Your entry in my thoughts
Why I stole a second?
To remember when
You smiled at me last
I now recall the fact
You desired this to happen
You plagued me with your passion.
