Your Smile Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Your Smile

Rating: 4.0

I Liked It

I saw your smile and I liked it.
It reminded me of when I smiled.
It brought back memories of times gone by.
It brought back when my feelings were wild.

I loved it when you played that song,
Of all the things that went wrong,
In your world so officiated.
You could not get calm.

I didn't like when you cried,
Because I looked at you and sighed.
There were injustices done to you.
You said to yourself poor you.

I liked it when you smiled again.
Yes, a lot of sunshine,
And only a bit of rain.
I liked it.

i am actually inspired by the innocent smile of the babies, before they know the difference between benefit and punishment...in normal life when people smile, i feel happy..nice poem..
