Your So Familiar Poem by Elizabeth Shadows

Your So Familiar

Who are you?
I don't even know your name
Why are you staring at me like that?
Why are you smiling at me?
Do I know you?
You say I do
But I don't
Yet you look so familiar
Have I seen you somewhere?
You say I have
That I see you everyday
But wouldn't I remember
Your eyes are shining and smiling with laughter
Why are you laughing?
Your smile grows wider
You say you see me in your dreams
Then I remember
You'er in mine.
But it can't be
You'er just a dream
You say no
I'm real.

And everything becomes real.
