Your Sweet Embrace Poem by steven michael pena the black winged angel

Your Sweet Embrace

Take a look around and you’ll see
Smiles and cheers and hopeful glee
Your beauty sets the balance of life
And glows like the stars of a moonless night
Your hand in mine makes me weak
Your aroma oh so sweet
Will capture the hearts of all those
Opposed to our union my lovely rose
And as we fade into the night
Your heart will come aglow tonight
And now we begin to spin together
In the winds of this warm summer weather
Your lips so smooth repair what’s broken
A passionate night leaves words unspoken
Our bodies now open the skies
And the our hearts become synchronized
And what is left now turns to dust
I give my heart to the one I trust
To keep and guard for days to come
Till I return with the sun
Light that guides me through the dark
Will fade as our ways now begin to part
Ill miss your sweet warm embrace
And ill never forget this wonderful place
Our first kiss and where we met
But I can’t leave no not just yet
These words of mine left unspoken
Will destroy the silence now it’s broken
To your surprise you’ll see me running
With the sun in my hand which it is burning
Now the wheels begin turning
And the world begins turning
Ill tell you how I missed this place
As I receive your warm embrace
Oh how I missed you and longed for your kiss
Seeing you now puts me in an eternal bliss
And now we stand face to face
Never again will I leave your warm sweet embrace
