What do you do when you have a bad day
When all you know is crashing down
When you think you're life is coming to an end
You don't think you can do anything

So you run inside of yourself
Hoping that life will come to an end very soon
Cause you just can't handle anything else

All you know has been taken away from you
And you don't see a point in trying to make it anymore
What do you when you have a bad day
Do you run and hide

Or do you sit there alone in the dark
Wishing all this would go away
Cause there is nothing else that can make you happy

You're alone even when others are around you
You feel like everyone is staring at you and talking about you
But its okay you're gonna make it
You are strong enough to pull through

Its okay to hide every now and then
And its okay to cry yourself to sleep
Waiting on a brand new day

When your life is crashing down on you
Just think about it
It happens to everyone
And everybody goes through some pain in life

But its hard to except reality when it hits you right in the face
You never think it can happen to you
It happens and life moves on keep your head held high

Cause you never know when time will end for you
Hold on what you've got left
Dig and find who will help you hold on
There's always people out there who cares just hold on and find a way somehow to pull through
