I dreamed last night
With a chilling fright
That I walked on calvery hill
And there stood the cross
Where He paid the cost
And my blood came to a chill
The blood was there
Just as plain and fair
Alll soaked up in the wood
Then I knelt on my knees
And prayed for forgiveness please
Like so many of us should
As I looked up, with eyes a glare
His image was still hanging there
I asked 'Oh Lord what can I do or say? '
As He spoke to me with a smile
He said 'There is nothing my child! '
'I'm just here to show you a way! '
And then with a blink
before I could think
He stood there by my side
And again He spoke
As if it was a joke
And said 'Mans worst enemy, is his pride! '

Yes! Man's worst enemy is his pride! But very difficult to discard the same. What best can a man, therefore do, is to take pride in doing the right, noble, pleasing, good and virtuous actions. Good poem.
