I See God In You Poem by Perry Biggerstaff

I see God in you and I am blessed.
I know that I don't have to guess,
why you fit so perfect in my life.

Where once I praised God all alone,
we now hold hands before His throne.
You're my partner, my best friend, and now my wife.

I see God in all you say and do.
In all the trials you've been through,
You've never paused to give Him all your praise.

I see God in how you love and live.
I see Him in the way you give,
yourself to others in so many ways.

I want to shout out 'I love you',
but since humbled by the things you do,
Instead I am reflective, and in prayer.

To be the man that I should be,
To love with strength and loyalty.
To never let you doubt how much I care.

I see God deep within your eyes.
It drives me to be strong and wise.
To give God all the praise that He is due.

I hope that you will always see,
Gods grace and mercy within me,
The way the world can see my God in you.
