Missing Person Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Missing Person

I think...
if he don't
make an appearance
soon
I shall go to the police,
report him
as a missing person.

I've no address
or photograph.

I'm out and I'm down.
P'raps we shall meet
on the street.
One of us,
a dog,
can keep the other
warm
under this fuckin'
awful cloud
of stubborness
that hangs above us
like a storm.

I want to be soaked
with kisses.
