The Ultimate Sin Poem by Keaka Reina

The Ultimate Sin

Rating: 5.0

I no longer feel any discomfort.
For it is all that I am drowning in.
I gave up putting anymore effort.
Trying not to commit ultimate sin.

The unspeakable sin sinking my heart.
Mad at everyone, but still feel guilty.
Guilt and relief in sin tear me apart.
The thoughts are out of my ability

Constantly tired, but always sleeping.
It is the only way to slip away.
But still dreaming of non stop screaming.
It's hard to face the day, with no pathway.

Everyday fighting between right and wrong.
Soldiers may feel abandoned, but keep strong.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Now I know it's not exactly a sonnet, but I am just following the rhyme scheme of a Shakespearean one.
