The gunman took a little life yesterday
A precious life was snuffed out
As if it didn't matter at all
Someone's innocent child was taken away

I Won't Bother Anymore
A bother is all I am
I won't care anymore
Or recall you again

I have a friend I've held most dear
She doesn't know
When I miss her I shed a tear
We say hello from year to year
