i know for every move
you make is a stepping stone
towards the rising sun
a paradise to both of us
i know there's no turning back
behind us is raging sea

i know when we will stop
it would be terrible end
we would be overcome
by fast rising waves
chasing us since
leaving the first note

i know we get there easy
and nobody dare come
but praise like winning
marathon, at the finish
line is cold water and lei
and a fat check for you and me
