i tiptoe facing incoming waves
let my body carried back to shore
buoyancy is nature's wonder i love
i relax my body and i float like paper
where as so many of us can't do it
could be fear that makes body tense

yes when you're afraid you squeeze
your tummy and devoid of precious air
you need to float similar to balloon
go, spread your limbs; feel freedom
you've floated on your mom's belly
you can do this just close your eyes
