night is so peaceful indeed
waking up contented and fed
chilly wind blowing from east
time to move; deep in the forest
gather wood, nuts and berries
hunt buffaloes for hide and meat
trees are so colorful
leaves are ready to fall
to keep the ground warm
shelter crawlers from harm
when those branches become bare
birds are gone; even deers
i heard you humming a song
i haven't heard that for long
reminds me when we are all alone
teasing, laughing; beneath the moon
and you're still with me
dreaming to live in harmony
