I know, it's only a fantasy,
Yet, just for once I want to see her,
Just for once I want to walk with her,
With hands held together,
With pauses here and there,
Exchanging whispers,
Polite questions,
Inquisitive looks.
If there is no room for me
In her heart, I would still smile,
And look at her eyes for a while,
With a warm hug, say good bye,
And part our ways,
Dropping a sigh!

A heart-warming poem written from a heart in love: gentle, tender, soft; from a heart longing for love. I loved reading it.
I am so much elated by your heart warming appreciation, @Mihaela Pirjol! Thank you so very much!
You are truly a delicately romantic poet of the very best kind, Today, Tomorrow and Always so unusually lovely to find.
I have been deeply touched by your delicate words of appreciation, of me and my poem. Thank you, Sandra, my very best wishes for you.
