A Call To The Dying

Are you out there
Are you like me
Do you feel lost
Do you feel lonely

Have you been hurt
Have you been scarred
Do you spend your days
Asking who you truly are

Are your nights spent
Thinking I'll never get to
Sleep wondering if i can't
Love myself then who will
Love me

Do you think your to far
Down to ever breathe again
And your entire being is dying
From within

Are you out there
Are you like me
If so we're not alone
And its not over

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

Conscience is instinct bred in the house,
Feeling and Thinking propagate the sin
By an unnatural breeding in and in.
I say, Turn it out doors,
